If you are unable to view the live stream:
- Click here to refresh your browser session
- If you can see video, but can't hear sound, make sure your video player is unmuted

- Check your connection speed at www.speedtest.net. At least 1 Mbps is required to view the stream.
- If the stream stops and starts, try manually changing the quality of the stream by clicking the gear and selecting 480p or 240p.

- Verify the version of your Internet Browser meets the minimum requirements:
- Microsoft Edge version 96 or higher
- Firefox version 91 or higher
- Chrome version 96 or higher
- Safari version 14 or higher
- iOS Mobile Safari version 14 or higher
- Android Mobile (most devices)
- Close all the programs on your device, reopen your browser and visit www.eastminster.org/live directly.
- Restart your device, reopen your browser and visit www.eastminster.org/live directly.
- Clear your Cache and Cookies on your browser. Not sure how? Find out how to clear your cache.
- Verify that you do not have a content blocking device or software that would prevent you from connecting. Your network administrator should be able to determine if this is the issue and how to resolve it.
